Hi,
To my loan account I have sent money by google pay. It’s showing payment started and gone from my account before 20 days but not credited to bank also. I have been trying to contact the customer care everytime they say to wait or their internal team doesn’t reply or now new reply is they are not holding my money they don’t know.. They don’t have authorities to say where my money went which has not reached the bank also. I have checked it. I have given all details also..and this is what they are replying to wait. I want my money back or credited to respective bank
