Feb 20 2021 i transferred money from my mobikwik via snap to my acc but its got deducted but now its showing failed in snapay bt succes in mobikwik and. When i chat with support in snapay they told me that we didnt have ur payment recived in our end then where is the payment does it in the network or in u r acc snapay …and yesterday the chat support told me that ur acc num is wrong .. i told them that i transferred money from 2 day ago in same acc then how its possible .. and they are telling me that change ur acc in history page there is such no option in history page please provide my funds back to me .
