My name is Navin Shekhar, I am a student and I was applying for a ICAR, IARI Technician-T1 Vaccancy On 31 Dec, 2021 , After filling up the form I have to pay the registration+ Exam fee , I choosed a option of Debit card and when I paid the Amount of ₹1000 , Amount was successfully deducted from my Paytm payments Bank but in the website of IARI payment is still showing Pending, After 6 hours I paid my amount through upi and it was successfull.
But I need refund of my first payment which was received by Edcildrcard Mumbai.
So please help me out.
