Text of Complaint by Jay Rohit:

I’m a jio customer and I have been using this sim so long but first time my recharge hasn’t done I don’t know why but I need my money back because I did not see any notification regarding my recharge and my money also deducted from bank so I hope my money will be refunded or else active my service whatever recharge I’ve done.
