Text of Complaint by Nikhil Kumar:

I have recharged my airtel sim through Airtel Thanks app and they just deducted the money and not reflecting in my account. I recharged it on June 15, 2020 on number 9910219179 in the evening. They deducted ₹143 for recharge of ₹149 as giving cashback of ₹6 but recharge is not done.. and there is not any details how to talk to them for this problem
