I had taken my mobile through flipkart smart upgrade plan whose balance amount i deposited online on 6th june i mailed the information on demand from flipkart and i was asked to wait 24 to 72 hours on 6th june to make sure your phone is unlocked Even after 72 hours it is not unlocked after that whenever I called on Flipkart customer care number asking me to wait for a new date every time it has been 16 days neither my phone is unlocked nor Not giving money back nor giving any reason and I have very important data in mobile, please take appropriate action as soon as possible.
