My Mobile No. is 8002688379. I have recharge for Rs. 698.00 on 23/08/2020 and amount deducted from my SBI account. I have already verified from SBI and there is no problem from SBI side. If payment already made for recharge then why not recharge my no. 8002688379. If such type of prblem created by Airtel then customer want to lodge a legal complain in court. No action have been taken care from customer care nos.

Text of Complaint by PUNAM KUMARI:

I have paid Rs. 698.00 to recharge my  prepaid airtel sim on 23/08/2020 but till date not my sim not recharged. Rs. 698.00 deducted from my account and already verified from bank. Bank personals asked to contact airtel since there is no problem from Bank.

Customer care of airtel not help to recharge my SIM. Now, I am trying to lodge a complain against my problem. I hope problem will be shorted out shortly otherwise I made a legal complain in Court for such type of ignorence.
