DEAR SIR,
I AM RAKESH RANJAN FROM DELHI. I HAD A POST PAD NUMBER FOR THE LAST 6 YRS IN VODAPHONE. IN THIS COMPANY NO PROVIDE PROPER NETWORK LAST TWO YEARS. I COMPLAINED AGAIN AND AGAIN BUT WAS ONLY SORRY AND RESOLVE 72 HRS. THIS IS TALKIN LANGUAGE BUT NO A SOLUTION. SO I CHANGE OPERATORS IN AIRTEL LAS FOR TWO MONTHS. BUT MY NO SOME TIME CLOSED IN AIRTEL. BECAUSE AFTER PORTING BILL GENERATED 265/- AND 250 RUPEES ALSO MY SECURITY MONEY PAID. NO CONTACT AIRTEL OPERATOR FOR DUES. I AM CALLING IN CUSTOMER CARE I CONFIRMED BUT TELL ME NO DUES. SO DON’T HAVE ANY PROBLEM. AFTER 5 DAYS MY NUMBER IS CLOSED. BUT I ALSO PAY THE DUES AMOUNT. BUT NO RESPONSE.
