In the night at 2:33 am my Mobile data was off i have switch off my Mobile data but my 252.49 mb Data has consumed without internet data .. while i was sleeping and i never left my Mobile data on still i lost my data its not 1 or 2 time many time they deduct data from other Mobile also and when we asks them about complaint they don’t writes our complaint and they are unable to satisfy jio customer also including me
