I have purchased a Mobile realme Narzo 30a 5G imei no – 864950055033774 from flipkart on 21 August 2021 purchased under flipkart smart upgrade plan 30% payment of 4800 to pay after 01 year . I am already paid this amount but customer care of flipkart is not
Unlocked my mobile after payment my phone is locked
Below attachments i m uploading the IMEI number and passkey i am trying to coll flipkart from last 72 hour but still no solutions provided from their side . I have my official email ids bank accounts linked in this phone i am not able to use my phone because of lock i have already visited to service centre of realme they are saying flipkart will resolve this issue.
