My main concern is to update my EMI PAYMENT and have to uninstall DMI software.
When I have paid this full EMI installment , then what is the problem that you are having in updating this payment and uninstalling the software, which till now it has been December to May. I would like to know the reason.
My mobile phone get block daliy alternate day at 6.00pm and today will be going to block my mobile phone at 6.00pm. Plz do the needful. I am suffering from lot of problem regarding DMI software.
The toll free number you have given is to talk to the customer care, they has not been able to talk to the last two weeks now. Whenever I call to the customer care is busy. I make at least 50 calls in 1 day, yet the call is not connected.
And there is no proper reply to my mail. A formal email comes that your issues has been done, but no one has resolved me yet. Kindly arrange call for me from your end. I am attaching a snapshot of the DMI SOFTWARE, Plz do the needful.
I would like to know when will be solve my problem.

Hello I was take samsung A50 in augest 2019 and my loan is complete in April 2020 but till now Icant use another number and I was try many time contect to coustomer care but no response
It’s finance fraud. Blackmailing for paid full of loan amounts after tener(6month,8months) you will facing same problem in every 48 hours.you have one of solution “consumer court”. And avoid to Samsung fraud
Dmi is not better opsson thi is not go .. my emi is full finished 1 year before and 15 days before my phone … voice coll blokd
