They have given the loan to me all three lenders like 3000\for 7days tenure and which I have got the amount aftter processing fees GST
WHICH THEY DISBURSED THE LOAN AMOUNT LIKE 1938-each lender after I heard RBI notification from last month 24/june/2020 for all NBFC/BANKS
Now which I asked the loan AGREEMENT which I did not get after disbursment done and they denied to send the loan agreement
When I asked the loan agreement they are sharing my CONTACT LIST and FAKE LEGAL NOTICE which I’ll be attaching,and which my loan over due for only 1day and threatening me
They are blackmianing me that they will contact for my all contact list which they shared to me
I was ready to pay which I asked for 10days time or once they send me the agreement but they are not ready to listen and they started harassing me which I will be paying in the court for the rights.
And which they mentioned in the play store min91days -max120days tenure,
min amount 5000.00 to 50,000.00
They are cheating with people and with Indian government by showing something and giving something
It’s a humble request please do help me sir and take the legal action and like me people many are there who is ending their life by paying more interest just for 7and 14days cuz of their harrasemnt
