Dear sir,
As i am using your services since one decade, because of prompt service. Recently my mobile number 9908314124 monthly bill amount of two months with huge amount, which i am unable to pay, because my bill plan is 399/- only. Kindly check my tract record and previous bill amounts.
I have made several requests to your organisation to clarify and spoke to officials to take appropriate action in this regard.
My sincere request to you rectify and adjust the my mobile bill amounts of two months as per my plan.
