DEAR SIR
I AM YOUR 10+ YEAR OLD CUSTOMER. I HAVE UPGRADEDED MY SIM IN TO 4G NETWORK. BUT YESTERDAY MY AIRTEL SIM WAS SUDDENLY DEACTIVATED. I HAVE REACHED YOUR MP NAGAR AIRTEL OFFICE AND COMMUNICATEDTO MR. PRAMOD-9713141568, HE SAID THAT REPLACE YOUR SIMĀ THENĀ I HAVE REPLACED SIM AND PAID 180 Rs. ACCORDING TO HIM MY SIM WILL ACTIVATED WITH 2 OR 2HRS. BUT MY SIM IS NOT ACTIVATED YET.I HAVE SUBMITTED MT ADHAR CARD(SOFTCOPY) & HE HAS TAKEN MY PHOTAGRAPH. BUT MY PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED YET.
I AM YOUR REGULAR CUSTOMER SINCE 10+ YEARS,BUT IT IS REALY DISAPPOINTING FOR ME
KINDLY SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND OBLIGUE US.
