I am writing to report an issue of harassment I have been experiencing regarding my loan. Despite the loan not yet being due, I have been informed that my picture has been posted on social media and at my workplace.
I want to assure you that I am fully aware of my responsibilities and have no intention of defaulting on my loan. However, I am very concerned and distressed by these harassment tactics.
Could you please investigate this matter and ensure that such actions cease immediately?
