My loan all emi paid but show my cibil my loan not closse

Dear sir/mam
As I checked my cibil showing a current loan of DMI Finance with Loan No- DMI0032141645. .
but I didn’t apply for any loan with DMI finance.
it is showing in my Cibil report and my Cibil is impacted due this loan
i will do complaint on RBI portal against DMI Finance for this loan
I will go to court against DMI Finance fraud. I will file a legal case. against this DMI Finance Loan because my Cibil has been impact
i am trying customer care number no reply on those numbers and whatsapp number is available on DMI finance website, i am sending message no reply.
i this loan do remove from my cibil within in24 hours.
i file against MDI Finance and i will file a complaint on RBI Portal and twitter also.
