I am writing this email with regards to my Loan which I have taken from PayTm application and the Loan Lender was Hero Fincorp Limited Loan application ID is 17331080 and the loan I have taken on 4th October 2021.
PayTm Loan Account Number- PYTMPLHE225284856
Lender Loan Account Number: DELPPL00100007155974
I have closed this loan back in September 2022 and have received Closure Letter from Hero Fincorp Limited on 19th October 2022 and I am attaching the copy of the letter for your reference.
I am very sad to inform you here, despite closing the loan and getting the letter from Hero Fincorp Limited still my EMI got debited on 5th November 2022 and my loan status is still active in the PayTm application.
I have sent almost 100 Emails to Hero Fincorp Limited but not getting any solution also I tried connecting with One97 Communications (PayTm) they are also not responding.
They have not even refunded my extra amount of Rs.9,985/- which got debited on 5th November 2022.
I would request you to please help me in this.
