I took 2years online loan through the nira appa in that through muthoot finance I had cleared the loan in 2022 it’s closed in the nira appa but from muthoot finance not closed the loan it’s showing as Active due to this my cibil score gets low and in cibil score also showing over due I had contacted muthoot finance customer care number of times but they didn’t responded pls check and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
