I’m Jatinder Kumar I purchased smart watch for snapmint app for EMI’S I pay full payment & my loan is closed & I received the loan against noc for snapmint app and noc issue by the LENDBOX ( Transactree technologies pvt ltd). I checked my credit score today I see the loan states is active please check the noc & update the right loan states. Loan account status is active bad effect for my CIBIL score. I have many time complaint for email’s but no slove the problem.
