This is with the reference to my Airtel Complaint no. 31-3595635251755
My Life’s worst decision porting my all Vi numbers 9540507507 , 9999233345 , 9899692025 in Airtel and taking broadband and DTH.
my whole family is disturbed because of my decision of porting all my family member numbers in Airtel from Vodafone idea
- There is no network at our area. House No. 161, Sector-22A, Gurgaon-122015
- When ever we call to anyone we here, there is a congestion in NETWORK due to your call is not connected.
- There is always 2 bars of network in our phones.
- our all customers says when ever we call you , your phone is switched off or your numbers not getting connected.
- some times when we call to anyone there is no ring we here on phone and after some times phones get connected.
- some times calls get disconnected while talking on phone.
- some times otherside person unable to hear our voice on phone while talking to them.
- some times calls get disconnect while receiving one ring.
- when ever we call on customer care to complaint they suggest us we should call with wifi calling option as we have already doing the same but there is no difference.
It is almost 15 days passed we are getting losses in business and we all family members unable to talk on phone and that is to calling from one floor to another.
daily we are sending complaints mail through my email id:- vineet_june@yahoo.co.in
on 121@in.airtel.com , appellate.del@in.airtel.com , nodalofficer.del@in.airtel.com but no one is getting it resolved and we are getting losses in business.
