My laptop is not working and it’s processor is very low so I have raised the request for return but company failed my request and saying that this item cannot be return.

I have purchased laptop on Flipkart and I have raised the complainant for return but they are failed my complainant and they are not return my order and I am facing many issue from their side and my work is stuck and I have purchased this order on emi so kindly help me.
