To whom it may concern, I still have no landline. I complained about this via phone call which take up hours by the time you get to talk to some. I was told my phone is not compatible. I went to local electrical store to buy a new phone. He informed me this was nonsense. I was with another provider and it worked perfectly. This is after my modem failed to arrive after two days. You gave me a temporary dongle and this did not work so I had to go back to store and get another one. I still had no tv no Internet for two days. However it has been rectify now but my home phone is still not working. I wish for a engineer to call to my home and fix this problem. This is going for about 2/3 weeks a very disappointed customer.
