For the past more than 6 months, I always get a bill for Rs.469.64 every month.

But this time my bill amount shows as Rs. 698.03 the due date is 25-4-2020

I have not made any changes in my bill tariff etc, in fact I have not used the landline even once. I am having it just for the ‘stand aloan IP’ which I am using for my security cameras.

As there seem to be an error in your billing this month,

I request you to kindly change the bill due amount to the regular one, ie. 469.64.

I also wish to know how this has happened without my consent or knowledge, and why I have been billed this higher amount this month.

I tried the customer care numbers, but it was not possible to talk to your customer care personnel during this ‘Corona Times’, Hence, I am unable to resolve this issue over phone.

I request you to kindly attend to this at the earliest and revert back by e-mail so that I can pay the amount due (469.64) before 25/4/2020.

If for some reason you do not rectify/change the tariff, which has been changed without my knowledge, I will not be held responsible for it, also kindly note if you cannot change the bill amount to the regular one, that in that case I will not be willing to continue with this service.

Also kindly note that if I do not get any reply from you before the due date, I will not be able to pay the bill amount and also I wish to state that I will not be responsible for it and no late payment charges can be imposed on me later for non payment, as the delay will be from your side and not mine.

Kindly treat this as most urgent.
