I was given complaint has My Landline and broadband not working from 2-6-2020
2 person contact now solved your problem, But I checked its not working, and I contact that 2 Persons Arun & Raja They Said we are Working for that Problem
Again I given complaint to Customer Care, They said Previous complaint not Closed within 48 Hours your request is solved, but After 48 Hours again I Called to Customer Care They Said again 48 Hours we solved Your Problem, Today I contact that 2 Persons Arun & Raja No Responce Nobody atten my Call When will my Problem Solve, Because Billing Cycle was Ended, They generated my Bill for Full Month, But I am not Used Call or Broadband on these 10 Days & Even Every Time I am Calling to Customer care 15 to 20 Minutes from my registered Mobile Number It also I Spend Money for that Time, it is another service Provider Number, Still Waiting, But Problem Not Solved.
