I don’t understand how these people got authorisation to start a lending app. Who have given permission for them to start a loaning app with such unfair policies. Fraud information which is not clear before applying loan. After taking our personal details without giving proper information with just a click they are applying for multiple loans (in my case with one click they applied for 8loans which has 2500/- processing fee for each) and money is credo in account with 50% processing fee that too for 7days tenure, Who will be intended to take that if prior information is given clearly all these charges are unbelievably for 7days. I want to file a complaint on this app. I tried canceling it wanted to send their money back due to unclear information but Their customer care doesn’t work nor they respond. Fraud app I’m not gonna repay them. I want to file a case against them please guide.
