I have tried to convert my Jio physical SIM to eSIM in this process my network signals gone and not able to bring it back. call Jio care and reached multiple Jio service centers on one responding nicely. Problem with this ekyc not happing due to biometric issue. asked for Paper Kyc but jio care guys are not taking paper kyc. as per government we can do jio reactivation using Paper kyc. but Jio only asking ekyc. Aadhar otps comping same number. it has been 4days no response. Please help me on this. They closed incidents (SR001E51F2) with out information and no solution.
