i have recharged my prepaid plan on 12th Aug 2023 Rs 2999, within next minute while surfing by mistake i pressed post paid button and with in 5 seconds my plan switched to post paid and amount forfeited , i visited jio shop and switched to prepaid paying one day charge Rs 53. on complaint they refuse to refund the amount, as per policy balance amount is forfeited.
i believe many people are being cheated like this, request you to guide me…
