My name is Kailash Prasad Roy has an issue with a phone no. of Reliance Jio 6202539785. I made a recharge of 498 for unlimited call and 2 GB for 84 days on date of 21/08/2019. Now only after 36 days, I got a notification by Jio official no. that I’ve used maximum voice calls only in these 36 days. I talked to customer care and he did not respond well. Now if there are any terms and conditions for unlimited recharge co. should tell it to me before recharge. Now they just block my outgoing call and saying I’ve to recharge again. My previous recharge of Rs 498 Just failed. So please see this issue try to solve this
