Text of Complaint by Muralikrishnan Perumal:

I port my Airtel postpaid number 9940194708 to JIO. The service from Airtel was deactivated from Airtel on 1st April 2019. My JIO connection is still not active. I’m visiting JIO Reliance Digital at Perumbakkam  and  JIO Center at Chrompet and paid Rs.349 as postpaid charges twice at each location and still my number is not activated. The JIO representatives are very reluctant and very poor response. My number is inactive for the past 5 days even after paying the subscription. I would request to take appropriate action against them and provide justice to consumers
