I had a postpaid number in Airtel, my number was 9035071100, I have ported it to Jio, the number is now disconnected saying the dues are not cleared.
However I have cleared the dues, attaching the cash receipt as well, receipt ID is : 01534486801674.
Please confirm from your end as it is required in order to get my sim re activated from jio.
