Hello sir
myself prashant rao kandhoraya, i am using a jio number 9143010000 that was owned by me since last 2 years, my number in rajasthan circle but today ther is email on my email id is that a request for duplicate sim for my number 9143010000 is registered with reference number CO00007B57MS, while i m not request for the same
that same i chat with jio customer care officer for my concern and tell him about all happenings and he promised that pls visit nearest jio care with my original id proof and get back your number again
but now there is one more notification on my email id is that for new recharge and sim replaced successfully, i am very afraid after this my main number stolen by someone and what is securities my data and number with jio
so i m requesting to you that pls give back my number to me and solve this asap and take action against this matter and do needful
