Hi ICICI/Suryodaya Bank/ Jio/Phone Pay Team
Good day !!
My name is Shahik Nayab Bhasha and I am using a cell phone number which is 9353182*** since last 5 Years. The number is not associated with a bank account in any way.
In December 2023, my friend (( Korada Ramanayya ) made a phone pay transaction from his ICICI bank account for me of 20000/-. As he initiated the transfer to 9353182***, it went smoothly without an error, but the amount went to another person rather than me since I don’t have any accounts linked to the banks.
MR S Djearaj is that person, he has an account in Suryoday small finance bank with my same Mobile number. As a result, we have contacted ICICI Bank and Suryodaya Bank and requested that the amount be returned to my friend’s account ( Korada Ramanayya )
Last 20 days ago, we sent a request to ICICI and Suryodaya bank, but have yet to receive a response.I have been using this mobile number for 5 years and would like to know how it will be assigned to some other person’s account when some one has taken long back this sim .
Please revert back our amount as soon as possible, if there is no action I will file a lawsuit in Court .
