Dea Sirs,
I have an connectivity issue since 08-03-2022 with my JIO Fibre No 4035870518 and i have raised a complaint on the same day.
15 days have passed till now after raising the complaint still my issue is not resolved. Every alternate day JIO service engineers are rescheduling the appointment but are not attending to my issue.
This connection is registered on my sons name Mr Vijay Satwik Reddy and Registered Mobile Number is 9000911544.
i have already lost 15 days of paid service. This sort of poor service was not expected from Reliance, which is is one of the INDIAs biggest company. Myself and my son are serving our companies from home (work from home) and are facing lot of inconvenience with this issue.
Kindly look into the issue and resolve immediately,
