My jio fibre internet connection is down since 6th of July 2025. I have raised a service ticket in my jio app on 7/7/25. To my surprise,engineer visit for resolving my issue was scheduled for 9/7/25 which is 2 days later after raising the service ticket. I have waited till 9/7/25, but to my disdain neither I received a call from jio fibre engineer/Technician not any one visited to resolve the issue. I have contacted on jio customer care helpline on 9/7/25 to which jio executed replied that technician will visit on 9/7/25 evening,but no one has come to resolve the issue. I have mailed to jio regarding the issue but I did not recieve any concrete reply. Again and engineer was rescheduled for 11/7/25 by Jio ,but even on 11/7/25 no one has come to resolve the issue.Now jio has rescheduled the engineer visit for today that is on 14/7/15 at morning slot on 8:15 -9:15am. I have not received any call from the engineer till now that is at 9:08 am in the morning.i have called jio again today on their helpline and jio customer executive assured that I would recieve a call but noone has contacted or visited yet.I have already settled the bill amount till 15th October 2025. When I informed the customer executive about the same and also the difficulty I am facing in my office work or educating my children ,she simply replied that jio will extend the validity by 1 week due to non functioning of internet. I am feeling mentally harrassed and frustrated with jio service and their response.please help.
