My jio fiber trial money not refunded by jio fiber. I return device on 24/march/2021 but my money not refunded. Many times i contact with the jio fiber toll free number 18008969999 the service operators replied that- (we will send you a link than you fill the bank details again and your money will be refund in your account within 10 working days) i fill it 2 3 times and after successful submission the service operators replied my last account details updation date 3/april/2021 show in thier system and they replied i can’t do anything for your account updation please wait. Even i send screenshots and my account details by email but they replied only wait wait wait..
please solve my problem soon.
