I had cancelled my service with Jio fiber on 18 April 2021 which customer service team confirmed too. The device pick up was regularly delayed by them even after calling them daily. Finally a person came for pick up after 60 days and I got refund for security deposit of 1500 and not full refund of 2500. When called the customer service representative they said I was not eligible for full refund as device was picked up after 60 days which is totally their negligence of work. And sent emails and called more than 50 times but no one is helping. Need to know what I can do to get compensated for the harassment caused by Jio fiber.
