My JIO fiber not working since 12 June 2023. I have call to customer care more 5 time also send email more than 7 times but issue not yet resolved,due to Jio H2 board installed one person terrace and this home is lock. If this person not open his home 1 months ,1 year my fiber is not working? I suggest to jio team change my port , refund my money but till the date issue not resolved. Jio fiber team and engineer mention wrong remark day to day and holding my complaint. Therefore kindly look into the matter
