It’s been really 10 days since installation I have not received proper service from day 1 and till now not even a single day I have used the service I am paying for something which I can’t use . I have tried to contact each and every person from Jio from the sales team to jio customer support not a single person gave me proper response. Day before Yesterday some one name raghu from jio team showed up and got me a another wire they said at my street entrance my wire has me damaged so they are fixing a new wire but they only did half the work and told me tomorrow engineer will come to fix the other works and now I have 2 cable wire in front of my house from morning I am trying to contact the engineer he said 10-15 mins and till now he didn’t show up and I have spoken to your customer support for more than 15-20 tyms for last 10 days from day one but no one gave me a proper response they schedule an appointment
But no one shows up here for service . I need a proper service today or refund the amount I paid even if the service is done I need a 10 days refund because I am not a fool to pay for something which I can’t use for last 10days my subscription is going on waste because of your technicalfault .
We paid jio service nearly 4000 and even the sales team got rs 500 for installation
