Text of Complaint by Abigale Fiona Tiewla:

This is one of the most stressing scenarios I have ever had with Flipkart. I placed an order on the 19 June 2023 and yesterday I got a notification that my order got cancelled….no email communication sent out as well just a notification on the app. I have opted for a payment using my giftcard that I have received from Snapmint and I’m making payments in installment basis to them. Now I cannot reverse the payments to them because of their policy and I will have to continue to pay EMI for an item that I didn’t receive and Flipkart is not willing to address on how I will be getting my refund back for the full payment that I have made of Rs 18000. I called requested for a callback multiple times but the agents keeps on disconnecting the call and marking the issue as resolved. When asked to speak to a manager I was denied….this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life
