I booked a train ticket via irctc as shown below.

Transaction Date: 27 Nov 2020

Transaction Amount: 1570.89

Payment Status: Late Confirmation Received From Bank On 27-11-2020

My transaction failed but cash debited and not refunded yet Kindly do the needful.
