My internet stopped working one fine day and I went to this nearest airtel store in sanpada and they told me that ive to do a Sim swap
I did it and after 24 hours my Internet worked.
After few hours it stopped working again and I called them and they were rude and didn’t resolve my issue and told me to wait upto 21st of November my internet was working these days however it was stopping out of no where.
In 21st it stopped working completely and I called the customer service where I was humiliated because the person who pick up my phone was mimicking my accent in a funny way which is not accepted.
Then my call was tranfered to some other person who later on passed it to someone else..
But the second person I talked to
He personally texted me on whatsapp from his own whatsapp number and told me that I had to hang up the phone.
You only tell me if he couldn’t resolve my issue on the phone why did he text me afterwards?
Beside my examination was going on and thanks to airtel i didnt have any access to Internet which lead to the deterioration of my mental health.
I need full compensation and action taken to the company.
They are providing the worst service ever
