On 27 april 2022 my internet got E sign and i faced difficulties to make a call. So, i complaint to airtel customer care who told me your problem resolved with in 8 working days but it is still not. I called them almost 10 times but they didn’t take my complaint serious. They gave mein fake commitment sometimes airtel personnel asked gave us 24 hours and sometimes they took 8 day but in the end i got nothing from them. I requested to you if you are resolve my internet problem, then say to me i will port into Jio network.
