Dear Sir / Madam,
I was a happy Aitel Customer till day before yesterday, the only blunder i have done is i planned for an Upgrade from Copper (8 Mbps line ) to Fibre 200 Mbps, hoping so that there will be an significant speed, but fibre line installed in my home is more or less having the same speed of 8 Mbps and there is frequent disconnection in the line / fibre modem, i logged a complaint but none of the Airtel support technicians are able to resolve the issue, backend team checks and says it is ok there, they will send an Engr to resolve it, when the Engr ( two of then visited and did literally nothing and left )
Kindly resolve the issue by 6:30 PM today, or else kindly commission by previous copper line with 8 Mbps. or if not kindly arrange a refund, other vendors are in my door steps to install the same by a day.
Note : there are also 2 complaints logged for the Postpaid connection 9283147358, regarding the poor connectivity ( coverage at my residence)
