Hathway is the worst service provider in the yesterday (1:30PM) my internet is not working and I already registered a complaint but they won’t listen to me.
My modem shows red light blinking in LOS.
I work from home and without the internet my work is at a loss.
I want my issue resolved within 1-2 hours and compensate my 1 day extra in my billing amount.
I already paid for 3+1 months and they never give good service.
My internet speed slowly decreased day by day but they promise they won’t cut down the speed.
Fix my issue immediately.
