MY NAME IS SHUBHAM. I RECHARGED MY AIRTEL MOBILE NO. 8445865071 ON 22.10.2018 FOR INTERNET DATA. BUT SINCE TWO DAYS I AM UNABLE TO USE MY INTERNET DATA. SINCE TWO DAYS I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE 4 TO 5 TIMES BUT NO SATISFACTORY RESPONCE IS PROVIDED TO ME. MY VALIDITY OF INTERNET PACK IS COUNTING WITHOUT USAGE OF INTERNET.
PLEASE RESOLVE THE ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
