My Internet connection number 05221668759 has not been activated yet. On 4th July I got my registration done and was told that within 24 hours my connection will be active after the online payment. I paid for an half yearly package on 5th and have not got my connection activated. Mr Kuldeep head manager of Airtell office, cibil Lines branch, Kanpur is not looking into this matter seriously. I got this assurance from them that they will fulfill all the procedures and activate it within 24 hours but still not done. I am not a resident of this house , it’s my parents house, senior citizens and my father has just had an surgery, I have to travel back and discussed all my problems with them that I would like to have it done in my presence so please have it done before I leave. But still it’s undone. Because of this COVID-19 and my father being week and senior citizens I don’t want any outsider to be in contact with them. It’s a request to please look into this matter and get my connection activated as soon as possible. By today itself.
