I have JioFiber connection having a JioFixedVoice Number +911413592574. I have made a recharge on 25th February 2023. Now I am unable to access the internet. I have made a complaint to customer care but no technician visited our premises. I have talked with a technician on Mobile and he said that your connection has been allotted to another person and you cannot use the services.
SINCE 25TH FEBRUARY I HAVE MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS BUT NO RESPONSE RECEIVED FROM THE JIO TEAM.
DUE TO THIS DISRUPTION I HAVE LOST MY ASSIGMENTS WORTH OF RS. 10 LAKH WHICH SHUOULD BE REIUMBURSED BY THE RELIANCE JIO.
