My iffalcon 50 inches android tv having 6 still 6 months of warranty but when i complained about their tv defective on
27 september 2022 technician came told that screen problem need to replace new screen but now as called to customer care number and confirmed with them that they repalcing my tv with refurbished tv or demo piece tv i requested them on mail not to send demo or refurbished tv but they are not repying but customer care confirmed on that they are sending refurbished tv so look into this matter i need my full or send a new brand tv this is my ticket number which they had provided IN092022076417
