I Dr Akshata Mane , So on saturday 17/12/2022 a girl named Miss Ria Khatri came to the opd being a sales executive of My Holidays . She offered the voucher booklet where in she mentioned about free accommodation which would be provided on the vouchers in the booklet . She never mentioned about the food details or that paying for food was compulsory . After taking up the membership i debited Rs 3000 to her personal bank account . Within few hours when i contacted her that i wanted to opt out of the offer and that was possible as she hadnt sent my details or the money to the company . She still said that she had sent the money to the company which was a complete lie . Further asked me to contact Mr Sushil who said he would get back to me . Now both of them are not answering my call or reverting to my message . I had clearly mentioned not to activate my card. Inspite of which after more than 24hrs my card was activated .
