Actually i would like to inform you that,i have order the grocery items on 3rd Dec 2022 and delivery person delivered the items on 5th Dec 2022 around 8:00 pm.But all oil packets found damages/leakages so i have raised the return request three four times with proper photographs but my return request is rejecting by the seller and you can asked to delivery boy for this issue.I insist him to take return the items but he said after opening the seal we could not take back and say you claim the damages/leakages items they will check and refund will be initiated then i paid the total amount.so please kindly check below attachments and do the needful.
Finally I have spoken to four or five flipkart members but they are not providing the proper service so please kindly understand my issue and do the needful as soon as possible.
I have been sharing the email to below mail ids since DEC 10th but there is no response, they said 24*7 service.
They blocked my account and still my flipkart account blocked so please kindly resolve my concern and unblock my concern.
